One of my favorite spots is The Lake House Inn, located about 6 miles north of exit #218 on route 534—it’s a great stop before getting to the strip, and there’s nothing like sitting on the patio overlooking the lake and having some wine and a plate of crusty baguettes with dipping oil!”

It got its start in the 1930’s with a hundred pristine acres and now boasts almost 4,000 to explore! Nearby Yopps Time Out is a great stop for lunch & a drink and if you have room in your saddlebags, you can go east a little ways up route 6 to Sage’s Apples for some great home grown apples.”
May 10 - 6th Annual Companion Run In Memory of Jodee Baxter Kosch (Jefferson, OH) This Run is especially dear to me, I was childhood friends with Jodee,
we went to Memorial Jr High School together. We were in the same home room
and had many classes together. I used to ride my 10 speed bike from North Mentor
to South Mentor in the summer to hang out with Jodee. She lived in an old farm house behind
Wayside Gardens. We had a blast during the summers. I miss her.
Proceeds this year benefit B.A.C.A (Bikers Against Child Abuse)
